The headphones are in good pre-owned condition. The device is clean and clear. Please view our close up photos, as these are taken of the actual item being offered for sale.
The headphones have been tested and work, but the mesh inside the earbud tips is coming loose. The tips are replaceable, and there is no damage to the earbuds themselves. The headphones charge, pair, and transmit sound. The damaged mesh may affect sound quality negatively.

Typically, we ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Tracking will be provided when we ship! Shipping pre-owned electronic devices must be shipped Ground service.
If your purchase is flagged for fraud through our scanner, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You may receive a Secure ID Verification request. The Secure ID Verification Request will be sent via sms text message through our friends at Stripe, asking you to confirm your identity before shipping. If you do not securey confirm your identity, you order will be cancelled.
30 Day Warranty & Guarantee
All devices sold are backed by an industry leading 30 day warranty protecting against malfunction. Warranty does not cover physical damage to the device. Should you have any issues at all, don't hesitate to contact us immediately.
If you need to return your device, please contact us immediately through the store chat (green bubble on our site), or reply to your order email.
Should you have to return the device, you must ship the item back to us with tracking, and also place a signature on the tracking if the device is over $250 in order to receive your refund. This protects both you and us against mail theft.
Payment will be returned after the item is returned in the same condition it was sent. All device serial numbers are logged internally to prevent fraud. Once we receive your return we will process a return payment in the form it was received. Please allow 2-3 days for the payment to process if you used a credit card.
If you are returning an item that was sold as "New in Box" it will incur a 30% restocking fee if returned opened or used.
