Cosmetic condition:

The charging case does have noticeable scratches and scuffs around it. The airpods are in good condition with no damage, they've also been fully sanitized with alcohol. 

Functionality:

They've been tested and work perfectly. There are no functional issues at all with the airpods or charging case. It does not come with replacement buds.
